Skiing
Descending Mt Banck, Antarctica
The descent of Mt Banck, which overlooks the western entrance to Paradise Harbour, has a stunning backdrop of active ice cliffs.

Dropping over Friendship Col
Keith Walton having fun dropping off the cornice that hangs over Friendship Pass. This is not normally the sort of thing that you do at the end of a long ski tour, but it looked so inviting that we threw our rucksack down and then went for it.

Fairy Meadows Powder
The descent from Friendship Pass to Fairey Meadows gave us endless untracked powder snow, and our final turns after 22 days of crossing the Bugaboos and Adamants. Hence the huge rucksack!
